  • Mustard Carpaccio with Crostini — thinly sliced beef served on a bed of greens, finished with mustard dressing, capers, and shaved parmesan cheese
  • Caesar Salad — romaine lettuce, house-made pangrattato, shaved parmesan cheese, and creamy caesar dressing
  • Polenta Fritta al Parmigiano — golden fried polenta finished with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano and cracked black pepper

Entrées

  • Rigatoni alla Vodka & Stracciatella — rigatoni pasta tossed in a classic vodka sauce, finished with fresh stracciatella, pistachio pangrattato and Sicilian lemon zest
  • Lasagne alla Bolognese — layers of artisanal pasta, traditional Bolognese sauce, and melted cheeses, baked in our wood-fired oven
  • Chicken Parmigiana Tradizionale — crispy breaded chicken cutlet topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan, finished in our wood-fired oven and served with spaghetti pomodoro
  • Truffle Cacio e Pepe — fettuccine tossed in a creamy Pecorino Romano and Parmigiano Reggiano sauce, finished with freshly cracked black pepper and black truffle

Desserts

  • Cannoli Siciliani Duo — two sicilian pastry shells filled to order: one with sweet ricotta and chocolate chips, the other with pistachio ricotta cream
  • Affogato — vanilla ice cream topped with dulce de leche and freshly brewed espresso
  • Flambéed Banana with Vanilla Ice Cream — caramelized flambéed banana served warm with vanilla ice cream
  • Sicilian Pistachio Pizza — a slice of our signature wood-fired sicilian pistachio pizza, topped with pistachio cream and finished with vanilla gelato and crushed pistachios
