VibeChecker may include bars, lounges, clubs, alcohol specials, nightlife venues, and other age-restricted places. You are responsible for following all local laws, venue rules, age restrictions, ID requirements, and alcohol-related regulations.
You may create an account to save places, build a night-out plan, upload vibe clips, claim a business, or use other features. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and protecting your login credentials.
If you submit photos, videos, vibe clips, business updates, reports, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate someone else's rights, privacy, or safety. You grant VibeChecker permission to use, display, edit, resize, review, approve, reject, remove, and promote that content in connection with VibeChecker.
You may not upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, misleading, spammy, sexually explicit, invasive of privacy, unsafe, or unrelated to the venue or experience being submitted.
Business owners or authorized representatives may claim listings and submit updates. You agree that information you submit for a business is accurate and that you have permission to represent that business. VibeChecker may review, edit, approve, reject, or remove business information at our discretion.
You agree not to misuse VibeChecker, scrape or copy the service at scale, interfere with the site or app, submit false information, impersonate someone else, upload harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or use VibeChecker for unlawful purposes.
VibeChecker may use or link to third-party services such as maps, analytics, venue websites, social media, reservation platforms, and other tools. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, or policies.
VibeChecker's name, branding, design, software, and original content belong to VibeChecker or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute our materials except as allowed by law or with our permission.
VibeChecker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or that every listing, deal, event, or venue detail will be accurate or available when you arrive.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, VibeChecker is not responsible for losses, injuries, claims, damages, or disputes related to venue experiences, inaccurate listing information, user content, third-party services, or your use of VibeChecker.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date below and post the updated Terms on this page.
